Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel your PRO subscription at any time from your account settings — no questions asked.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always yours. If you downgrade to Free, your content is preserved but access to PRO-only features will pause until you resubscribe.
Is there a trial period?
Yes! Every new account gets a 30-day free PRO trial — no credit card required. On top of that, you can earn up to 30 extra PRO days by completing in-app tasks. After your trial, you can stay on the Free plan or upgrade to keep all PRO features.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes! If you switch within your first month, we'll credit your $$7 payment and you'll only pay $$53 more to cover the full year.
How does payment work?
Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, who handles all sales tax, VAT, and compliance globally on our behalf.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Is the Free plan really enough for a musician or band?
Absolutely. The Free plan includes core tools for band management, rehearsal scheduling, booking management, and the AI Music Assistant. Most solo artists, independent service providers, and small bands will never need more. PRO is for those who manage multiple bands, run a studio, or need to remove every capacity limit.
