Welcome to Soinu. By accessing or using our website and application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Nature of Service

Soinu is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered via web browser and installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA). The platform operates on a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) model, designed exclusively for individual musicians, hobbyists, and independent artists for their personal use. No physical goods, physical services, or in-person transactions are offered or processed through the platform.

A subscription to Soinu grants access to the following digital features:

• Map-based discovery of musician profiles by location
• Direct messaging
• Band and group management tools
• In-app availability and scheduling calendar
• In-browser audio toolkit including pitch detection, tempo analysis, and time-stretching

All features are delivered digitally. The platform does not facilitate the sale, booking, or payment of physical musician services.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted through our Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is the seller of record for all transactions and handles all billing, tax collection, customer service inquiries, and returns on our behalf.

When you purchase a PRO subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
